A possible idea I have

I might begin making homebrew soon such as high quality games and dlc, some games free and some cost ya. Maybe I'll make a homebrew browser that can download straight to gdemu giving one 2 options: digital games or physical (physical must be burned by yourself)

Ya know, the dreamcast has windows ce, and im pretty sure plague inc runs on a pc with windows, the windows ce in Dreamcast means simple porting and windows is always forwards compatible as long as the hardware can run it, so pc version couldn't be too hard

Windows CE isnt really Windows just to say. Although one thing that would be cool (And has probably already been done) is Doom on the Dreamcast.

I think the PC version of the rayman arena game would look good on the sega dreamcast alongside Rayman 2
