Options for Dreamcast Mouse other than the official one?

Is there an option other than the official Dreamcast mouse for the Dreamcast? I love my Dreamcast FPS games, and I seem to be one of the few who enjoys playing with the default controller in many cases, but jumping into Friday Night Fragnight, it's hard to ignore I'm at a marked disadvantage. I don't have the time to practice just getting good at the stock controls like I used to.

I love my Wingman SD for using a USB keyboard on my Dreamcast, but I'd love to find a way to have a mouse option without paying the unrealistic eBay prices for a used mouse.

Does anyone know of any other options?

The only alternative mouse that I know of for DC is the Topway Mouse and that can get crazy expensive.

There might be one out there *somewhere*, I wouldn't know though, since when I was searching I just gave up and bought a real DC mouse :/

Technically a computer mouse if you use an emulator
I have BBA advantage!

I don't want to use an emulator. If I just wanted to use an emulator, I'd probably not be here. I'd probably be playing just about all of these keyboard-and-mouse-centric games in their technically-superior forms on PC. I want to use my Dreamcast.

I'd rather just use the controller in a perfect world, but it feels like such a disadvantage due to me being so much better with keyboard and mouse at FPSs, and everyone else obviously is too.
