and finally when I finished the circuits in the chao races at the end of the third race of the circuit I would see a 3D model of a toy and they would not give it to me when I returned to the garden (we will need a new doctor).

@Gaspar Peguin The Steam version uses Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, so yes I suppose. Just follow all my steps up to the VMU bit, instead buy the seeds from the black market. Now in the Steam version, there's more good stuff, and the trees can actually be useful.

I just gotta warn you, the tree models are gonna look all messed up, they still function correctly though.

As for the toys, you do keep them! It's just that they're usually awarded to just that Chao (unless it's a garden-toy). They do have the toys, and sometimes they will pull them out.

So yes, you do actually have the toys

The need for a Chao doctor went away after Chao Island came on the scene

thanks but if you no longer need a doctor Chao because of the Chao Island website then why does this issue still exist?

This was an old thread, before Chao island took over

Correction: Chao Island was created around 2001, so really I suppose whoever made this account wanted to continue the Chao doctor thing after Sonic Team gave up but didn't stick to it, and now everybody just goes to Chao Island for Chao related issues
