Rare Items lost to time

The Safety Heart
It was obtainable by a special event that sega hosted only once afaik on the original servers. Apparently one person is known to have this shield. There is no way to obtain it anymore, not through a custom quest or anything.
Any other items that cant even be obtained anymore?
I have BBA advantage!
