Evolving MARK3 Mag

What is the name of the item I need to evolve the MARK3 into the Master System and where can I find it? I've done it in Blue Burst with a "Kit of Master System" but that's not in V2 right?

The Kit of Master System is in v.2. You have to also have MKIII mag above Level 50 with IQ above 180.
