Where i can get VMU games via DC Browser?

Use the XDP Browser, the menu section has a link for VMU games

I got Pac-Man from there

psilocybindreams. this works with planet web 2.0 and you can download the game saves direct to the vmu. I did it with marvel vs capcom 2 to get all the characters and costume colors.
