What is the absolute worst Dreamcast game?

We all know that the Dreamcast had some incredible games, from PSO to Sonic Adventure. No one seems to talk about the aabsolute worst games on the console, however. What do all of you think is the worst one on the system?

18 Wheeler: American Pro Trucker. Not the best large truck driving game I've ever played. If you're looking for a solid large truck driving game, might I suggest Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing for the PC. I rate it 11/10 IGN. It's right up there with classics like Hunt Down The Freeman, Superman 64, and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

Oh yeah, Slave Zero too. Its frame rate is literally less than 1 sometimes.

Out of dreamcast games I've experienced I genuinely did not like the Silent Scope port at all. Then again not exactly fair because I have the Arcade game readily available in my area.
