Visiting this on Genesis?

Sega Genesis had the Mega Modem, and could connect online with it (it still can for some games due to the peer-to-peer, and any other online things used their own servers)

So could someone make a cartridge that let the thing online for these boards

Now I'm imagining navigating the web with a 3-button Mega Drive pad. That'd be awful.

Plus the start button. Id imagine itd probably work like so

dpad : Mouse navigation (And on screen keyboard use)

A : click (both with cursor on the the keyboard)

B : Back

C : idk

Start : Menu (similar to the menu on dreamcast with tbe back page, foward page, refresh, search, etc)

Nope I'm not visiting on Genesis, I'm typing this on Dreamcast! I am a proud Genesis owner tho. I need to get a DC keyboard and mouse... typing stuff out w/ controller takes 4ever

There's just no real way to do this within the limitationis of the Genesis. Not withoutt some serious memory management (aggressive bank switching) but you're going to run into countless problems. Possibile? sure. Likely? wouldn't bet on it sadly.
