quakeworld server browser

everyone should download this for the launch of qw soon. its a server browser, qw never had one to begin with

the two current masterlists are
master.quakeservers.net:27000 - 304 servers right now
qwmaster.ocrana.de:27000 - 214 servers right now, though it might be duplicates from quakeservers.net

it works great, and you can have multiple groups. so you can put masterlist 1 in one group, master list 2 in another, and another group for specific servers added manually

we can also have an updatable CFG file that can be maintained and distributed here or on dc-talk
