digital distribution and emulators within Dream Passport

so i found this the other day. i've never seen this documented anywhere ever

essentially Dreampassort 3 / Premier versions have a built in digital distribution service coupled with a Genesis and PC Engine emulator

doesn't work with XDP. someone has to try DP3 or Premier unless i create an SDISO to test with first
