Emulators and xpd web browser

So I've realized some people on other sites have made some custom dlc amd I was intrested in testing out the custom vmu stuff but i cant really find a way to get it. Cant download off google then paste in emulators vmu as the download doesnt work, and I can only use a game browser, I've tried Xdp browser but it crashes retroarch (android version btw) so I'm wondering how I can get it to work since you cant use the game browser to visit the websites holding downloads (btw the emulator does work completely for online games and their browsers perfectly)

I tried the website you linked and I was able to get a custom Chao! Probably only works on a physical browser, like Web Browser 2.0, not in-game ones. Just try it on a real Dreamcast.

Also for whatever reason that website let's you download the unused omochao chao for the garden also the website works with sa1 browser as all images used there are in the sa1 browser (and yes it can acsess it cuz I posted the clickable link)
