As some of you know its seems that archive.org has updated it site and no Dreamcast web browser works now. I have tried All versions of Planetweb,Passport, XDP and Dreamkey and it gives an error every time and refuses to work. However the Saturn versions of Planetweb all load fine for some reason. This has lead me to believe that there is an issue with the javascript settings or something like it in these browsers, will give it a try and report here

Trying filing a technical support issue/request at https://archive.org/iathreads/post-new.php?forum=forums or sending such an e-mail to info@archive.org to see if you can get help with making changes to the Wayback Machine.

Can you disable JavaScript on any of the DC browsers? That might make a difference.

So from doing some tests on DreamKey 1.0 located within some Dreamcast games it seems that Dreamkey is the only one that still works with the wayback machine. Shame the the only iso of 3.0 crashes at the menu

Just for verification, if I'm understanding you right:

DreamKey 1.0: Works with The Wayback Machine
DreamKey 1.0 - 3.0: ???
DreamKey 3.0: Crashes at the menu of... the Web browser? The Internet Archive? The Wayback Machine?

Not sure on 3.0, meant the disk it self crashed on the dreamkey start menu, we need a new iso out there to test it

So then, does that mean all we need is for someone with a legitimate copy of DreamKey 3.0 to try this?

Would any of these eBay listings help?

What about DreamKey 3.1?

Yeah that be great! ver 1.0 -2.0 standalone auto direct to a old sega url so they are useless until some fixes them. 3,0 is getting up there in price now so having a working is0 would be great. I myself only have 2.0

Well, I don't know which copies of the DreamKey browser I have if any. I have US games/software, JP games/software, and two EU releases: Shenmue II and Project Justice (Rival Schools 2).

Posting from Dreamkey 3.0

Rejoice Freinds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have cracked the secret on why it does not work ;D

S o i was puzzled at first why some sites like MSR, Virtua Tennis and skies worked but not stuff like Ecco or NFL 2k1. So i just downloaded all the diffrent Dreampipe landing sites to compare and did some tests here and i cracked it. So all the sites that work have the archive.org link with http:// and all the other ones that dont work have https://, and when i manualy input the link wihtought the secure part it works all fine!

Archive.org works great by the way on dreampipe, it only shows the core site and not the wayback controls, and is really fast!
