Chao Doctor Replaced With Wiki

Since the Chao Doctor was just the webmaster or a developer(s) at Sonic Team, there isn't a way to restore it

As a replacement, a 'Wiki' like section has been added using information compiled by http://chao.hippotank.com

There's a whole crapload of pages, it would take me awhile to add them all. So they will be added incrementally over the next week or two

Its mostly finished now actually. I only have to add maybe 3 pages, but the vital pages are in place
